Went inside lobby Thursday 23 June 2022. It was 9:40 when we walked in. They had a large order on drive thru and kept me waiting for like 10 minutes. I ordered my wife her banana split. They were out of pineapple topping; however, this is not why I give them a 1 star. I sat down with my wife to enjoy our banana split. At 9:59, the young lady mopping the floor, rudely announced that the lobby was closed. We had maybe 5 more minutes worth of eating our ice cream at an enjoyable pace when the other young lady behind the counter told us the lobby closed at 9. We kind of rushed eating our ice cream. Never have I been in an eating establishment where you are chased out before you're done eating, much less so rudely. I will never go back to this baskin robbin.

We got there at 9pm they close at 10pm. And the door was already locked they told us to go through the drive thru. Why say your open till 10 then???

My friend and I arrived 22 minutes before closing and we were not terribly well received, which we could understand, with it being Saturday night and all. There were ZERO smiles involved in service and we even had to ask for spoons. . .TWICE. It was clean and the ice cream was delicious.

2 stars just because they were so nice! They really couldn't get our order right though. We went through drive thru, I ordered two scoops of strawberry cheesecake in a cup and my husband ordered two scoops chocolate in a waffle bowl. We drive up to the window and were asked what our order was again to which they responded they were out of the waffle bowl. That's okay! Totally fine, who cares. We say it's okay just switch it to a cup. Then we are asked again what our order is and we tell them. Right before handing us the order we are asked again. We leave and look at what we have mine is a cherry swirl type ice cream on top of one scoop of cheesecake. My husband's is a scoop of chocolate on top of one scoop of cheesecake ...like ... 🤭🤣😂🤣😂🤣

Everybody’s experience could be different and this was mine
I love that I could buy the pint of sorbet at a more affordable price than regular ice cream. The customer service is good, they are at a good location and just sitting outside to enjoy a dessert after work or just for the fun of it
