Little Caesars

Put my order at 10:19 said it's be ready by 10:36-10:41 got there at 10:37 and told me my order was barely being out in the oven.. came back got my order at 10:56, got home opened the box and it was not cut. Night shift is truly trash. Replace these people. Edit: looks like they got new night shift people! Even though they took an hour for one pizza, at least this one was cut.

They don’t know how to make pizzas here. The manager it’s rude. I ordered an extra cheese pizza with very little sauce and they gave me the opposite Fort they gave me little cheese with extra sauce I told them and they made it again and this is what I got in the picture. Still not extra cheese all dried up and about 4 pizzas without anything. The pizza it’s over cooked too. Don’t come here go to a different little Caesars. I know how I cheese pizza with light sauce should be because I made pizza before. Also ordered a pepperoni and it was full of sauce.

i really like this place. it get really packed though which sucks, don’t know why people complain about them wearing gloves when have you ever seen a pizza place that has workers wearing gloves. the customers that go in are so rude if you’re so impatient make a pizza at home. if you’re gonna take 30 minutes to pick up your online orders don’t complain if they don’t have it anymore and they have to remake it no one wants an old pizza. good staff though bunch of kids but pretty good

The level of incompetence here is mind blowing, have dealt with this location for 4 years and half the time something goes wrong unless you just drive through for a hot and ready. Finally had it today when I placed an order with what sounded like a kid, he took my order but I wasn’t able to pay over the phone. My wife shows up 30 minutes later to pick up and they didn’t even put the order through so we had to go to domino’s and order since it seems they can’t handle taking an order and making a pizza.

Don’t mean to be a Karen but customer service here is a joke. Decided to go inside “since they had a long line” and the cashier doesn’t even say hi or acknowledge the fact that I had just stepped in. Anyways I order an extra most bestest “and pay for it” only to get a hot and ready. Whatt?!! You think people can’t tell the difference? It was cold and hard couldn’t even chew. This is ridiculous. That place is ran by a bunch of high school kids who have no clue what they’re doing. Frozen pizza tastes better that’s all I gotta say.

This Little Caesars can struggle to keep up sometimes. I once waited almost an hour past the time my pizza was supposed to be ready. There was a frazzled manager who gave me the pizza and apologized for the delay. Said he had to rush over from another store. Gave me some free food to make up for it. I was happy to see him try to make some amends for the poor experience.
