My wife went at 1 15 today and got an order of chicken fried strips onion rings and a Dude sandwich for me. She has her own review page under Mighty717...well seems you cannot review a place more than once. Everything was GREAT. Food was hot. Drive thru lady was very polite. My wife happy. I happy.

Stopped by to get ice cream cones for my son and I. After paying I asked, if one asks for triple dipped if they would actually dip the ice cream three times?, to which our cashier replied, sure. So she triple dipped our cones. Super sweet young lady, happy to work there as well as all the other staff. Definitely recommend this place to others.

Do not order a cake online and expect it to be ready! I tried to pick up the cake for my daughter’s birthday today that we ordered 4 days ago and they “didn’t make it”. I received no explanation as to why it was not made. They did mention that it wasn’t paid for. Which I reminded them that the confirmation we received literally says order online and pay when to pick up. They offered me either a cake from the freezer or to pick it up tomorrow. The last time I checked, usually when you order something for a specific date and time that’s when you want it. My daughter did not get the cake that she wanted and I was charged for the replacement cake. We will not be ordering from here ever again.

I've been meaning to write this review since Saturday. Let me start by saying, the customer service I was given was SUPERB!! It's never easy going out with a small child. And for whatever reason my grandbaby was on his best behavior on this particular Sat. We've been to places where we get the eye roll or judgemental stares when he acts up. From both staff and other customers. The staff at this location though, made our dining experience that much sweeter. There has to have been something in the a/c to make my grandson be the best little guy he could be. But the staff was exceptionally kind. From the cashier, which I didn't get their name, who took our order with such ease. They talked to my grandbaby as a person too. He likes that. We were accommodated when I asked for extra items to share our icecream. The food was fresh & hot! And a young man who entered later on in our visit was walking around asking customers if they were doing alright. Literally the best dining experience by far! Keep up the good work. Plan on visiting in the future again. Thanks!

Went by to Dairy Queen on N. 23rd for the first time in years to get my family a late dinner & snacks. I went inside to order, waited about 8 minutes, I was totally ignored, (It was not busy other than a regular line of cars at the drive thru). No one acknowledged me or told me they would be with me in a while. I now remember why it's been years since I've been there. No one should put up with this kind of service,(or lack of it), with so many options around so I didn't. I Left & went next door to Whataburger, where I should have gone & avoided this aggravation in the first place. I use to go to the one on N. 10th & I had a few negative experiences there, they closed down, coincidence, maybe not!

Clean and well kept restaurant near the busy Nolana and 23rd Street intersection. Staff are friendly and the food service is fast. Restrooms are also well kept and the lunch hour rush is efficiently served. It might be time to upgrade some of the seats in the booths, but it doesn't take away from either the service or convenience of this location. Keep up the good work, guys!
