They don't answer the phone, and discontinued curb service

Closes at 10, but got turned away 35 min early. I guess it was going to take them half an hour to make us a sandwich. Went to the one on Pecan in McAllen at 9:50 and they were happy to attend us. Great management at that one.

Good sandwiches. Lots of free extra ingredients made to order as made. Bake bread on site with different kinds. The monthly junk mail has good Subway coupons inside so don't just toss it. Free refills on fountain drinks.

If I could give it No star i would.. this is the most terrible subway I've ever been to. Why would they only have 1 employee, just 1.. Wow! Then the guy is Slow, like Slow, yes, I understand he could have been new but dang come on you have 2 to 3 customers waiting, THEN, THEN, they run out of Meatballs while making my Sub, THEN he says, the Meatballs are frozen. Are you freakin kidding me.. Wow..

worst service ive ever had in any RGV subway rest. terrible curtomer service by the female excused doing my subway wrong with "i clock out in 2 min i need to hurry and leave" no reciept was given and my subways was completely wrong

Got there 15min before the closing time
My mom got down and I waited in the parking lot
Turns out they had already put food away and didn’t want to take her order, once they agreed to make her the sandwiches, the lady was being rude to my mom while making the order
To the staff, your closing time is 11pm, not 10:45pm, you’re getting paid to work, you’re not getting paid to be lazy
To the lady, treat customers like how you would like for people to treat Your mother. Get a new job lady.

Only one guy preparing the food and also charging the food too, came here with only half an hour break just for a soup and had to almost drink all my way through because he took 10 minutes between preparing and charging the food of the people in front of me. He didn't even give me napkins. Overall experience was just awful.

I was getting assisted and the young lady just let me hanging did not start on my order and left without saying anything because her manager told her to leave it to nathanael that she had already helped him out, rude customer service!
