The prices are extremely high for being in South Texas. With what a cannoli costs I can go to a local bakery and get a dozen of them. The cashier that was there on 06/25/22 in the afternoon was also lacking customer service. 😑 Not what I expected from a Carlos Bakery employee. I have always watched his show and see how happy everyone is and how they treat their customers in their bakery....Not the same service I got on Saturday. The lady was extremely rude and made me feel like I was taking her time away from other things. No wonder why that place is always empty. I would definitely replace her with someone nicer and friendly I would also reduce the prices to valley prices.

The hype is bigger than the taste. Maybe I was expecting too much. Staff was helpful and friendly, but she recommended their “specials”: Salted Caramel Lobster and Classic Cannoli, we didn’t like either. Kinda disappointed:(

I bought a sparkle cake and I did not find a big difference, I thought I was going to do much better than other bakeries, but not for the price I paid, a lot of filling and very little cake, I will not buy a cake there again, the other desserts are Great, the lobster tails, delicious.

Stopped by for some quick snacks after a day at the mall. The snacks were good. Only issue was the clerk/cashier, her customer service was subpar.

I pick up some cookies from this place Every single time I go to the mall the young lady that works there is always very attentive and helpful and the cookies are real good too especially the peanut butter and chocolate chip ones

the lobster tails and cannolis were stale and burned, nothing compared to other Carlo’s bake shop locations. Aside of that the young lady that was working on the 21st of december around 8pm was extremely rude, i asked her nicely if she could switch out one of the lobster tails that were burned, she grabbed another one and threw it into the plastic container. I’m assuming it is the same lady they are saying in the other reviews that is rude. Extremely bad customer service from her part.
