The food was good (as good as fast, Tex-Mex food can be) but what really left an impression was how messy and dirty the dining room was. I've been here just a handful of time before and it was not nearly as bad as this time, so I can't give them as low as a rating as I would. Hopefully, next time I decide to dine-in it won't be so bad!

Downgrading my 5-star review to 2 stars. Ordered two craving packs. 8 crunchy tacos and 8 burritos but two grilled. I then noticed that they forgot to add the layer of tortilla and cheese. The manager was like do you want us to remake them or do you want the tortillas. I laughed and said that I want what I ordered. Gave them the 8 burritos to remake and instead I got 4 churchy tacos and 4 grilled burritos. At this point, I was like night shift is stupid, and left it at that.

Placed my drive-thru order and went to the windows. Waited about 20 minutes before someone finally came just to ask, “yes, can I help you?” Like I hadn’t placed my order. Seriously???? When I said I wanted my order, he brought up someone else’s before getting to mine. I wonder if they do it on purpose so people can just drive off and they don’t have to make them. He said I had to go around and wait in the parking lot for my order because it was going to take ANOTHER 15 minutes. Opened our bag when we got home (about 5 minutes away) and the tacos were freaking soggy. I would give it a 0 stars if I could. Not saying to fire these kids but if they don’t want to work, go home.

Great drive thru service on Thursday, 16th 22 around 12:40am. Gentleman was very polite and even changed the Baja Blast syrup container for me for a better product. He even waited for me to taste it! You just don't get service like that anymore. Didn't get that young man's name, but that was an outstanding show of work ethic. Please keep him gainfully employed. 5 stars!

They need to put a thing where says we dont accept dogs in the place or something. The manager i think it was so rude and say cant be a dog inside of the place if someone cant have a dog in the place you should put something where says dont bring pets here. And it was a puppy it was a little dog and his get bother by a puppy omg. Plus that they take a while for give a iced coffee

So whoever they decided to hire to represent themselves in the Drive-Thru ruined my afternoon by making me wait in line order and when I finally was able to get to the window told me she didn't know how to charge half of my card half in cash did not know how to do it and could not come up with a solution for this problem which is freaking ridiculous. I absolutely hate wasting time like that. She could have rang it up two separate orders I don't understand this problem I end up going home extremely unhappy and freaking disappointed my stomach was really craving Taco Bell.

Food was OK, liked self order on kiosk easy to order, tables were dirty, no condiments filled, think if cashier is not doing anything should assist in cleaning establishment to look precentable.
