First off starting with the hostess, we had a warm welcome. Then as we were taking to our table we were spotted by our previous server Julio, he welcomed us back and as we passed his tables we requested an area in his service. Luckily we found a great server by the name of Marcos. Marcos attended us very well, service like no other at buddy V's. Both our past and present servers were amazing. To top it off we were also met by Pablo, one of the managers whom treated us as well as any other restaurant manager could treat us. We want to thank you all for all the great experiences you've given myself and my family. Next time we will be in a bigger group to experience even better service. Lauren the restaurant manager even made it a point to make our night great by making sure we were all happy. Again thank you to all the staff from Hostess and cooks all the way up the food chain. All the way to Buddy V who took a chance in opening up in the Rio Grande Valley. Thank you all.
The food here is excellent. This isn't the Olive Garden, you will get what you pay for. And pay, you will; don't come here if you are broke. But do treat yourself if you have some money to spare. The service here is excellent. The place is very clean and the atmosphere is quite relaxed. It's a good place to treat out your loved ones. The food is top notch; your mouth will definitely fall in love with this place.
Great experience! The food was delicious! The lasagna was the best I've ever had. The shrimp scampi was amazing. Canolis are a must. The servers were very friendly. Resonable prices.The only complain I have is the waiting time although it is understandable considering that they just opened.
I absolutely LOVED this place! From beginning to end, everything was excellent! The food was incredible!!!! I had to stop myself from ordering MORE!!!! Needless to say, I came back home and was completely disappointed that there was no Houston location!!!!

We have been there twice and food is amazing!! Both times our servers Becky, Vanessa and Robert have made our visits more enjoyable!! Today my 8 year old son made us wait 2hrs until they opened. He didn’t want to eat anywhere else. Worth the wait!!
One of my favorite plates is the Spaghetti with meatballs, never fails me with the tasty flavor. The Margherita pizza is a must try too!
For the dessert the warm Nutella cake is so good!
