Luby's

The food is good , but the waitresses are the worse nightmare you can imagine ! They are trained to ruin your food experience . I was a regular that would go twice a week . And now because of the rudeness of 3 waitress I will never go back again. It was my moms birthday and she wanted coffee . I called the waitress and she asked in a rude way if we had paid for it. I said no, but please bring it. She ignored me and she turned and never came back. I am guessing she went to tell the others 2 waiters serving the floor, because of numerous attempts to get them to help, they ALL ignored our table. I called a manager to complain about the bad service. We ended up not eating. I felt worse because we were there to celebrate my Moms birthday. Those 3 employees don’t know how much I promoted this restaurant and there food. Now because of a bad experience Not worth it!! Do not go there!! Your money is more valuable somewhere else!

Great food and great service. The manager, Rene, was able to get a coconut creme pie made especially for my mom since they don't have it as part of their regular menu anymore. My mom loves going to this location and especially after her chemo treatment. They went the extra mile and it is very much appreciated!

This location was the first one in the area and I have fond memories of going there as a child. It has now become an all-you-can-eat Luby's. I was hesitant to go at first because I'm not much of a fan of buffets. However the quality and selection were quite impressive. They have a daily dinner festure and offer most of what you would find at most Luby's restaurants. They give you smaller portions, so it gives you a chance to have a little variety. Definitely going back.

I have always liked Luby's but this restaurant needs employee training and more care with washing. The utensils were dirty and had to ask waiter two times to change them. He was not pleased. Throughout our meal he asked all his area if they needed anything and only came once to ask us once since he was offering assistance to people sitting close to us.
