First time here. This place was just amazing! From the moment we walked in to the moment we stepped out everything was just on point. Food was great, service was amazing you can tell the owners care a lot of their restaurants reputation. Will definitely be coming back

So glad we stopped at this place for a quick brunch 🥰 The reviews did not lead us astray. We were greeted by one of the owners when we arrived who walked us through the entire menu.
The only downside here was having too many options! I powered through 😜 and ordered a "build your own breakfast" with added French toast. My fiance ordered an omelet plate with tortilla soup.
Everything was so fresh and unique. You can tell they stress on using high quality ingredients, no preservatives and make everything from scratch. They make all their own breads, sauces and even maple syrups. 🤤🤤🤤 the desserts looked awesome but was too stuffed to have any.
I will definitely be back soon to try their lunch options. We showed up 30mins before closing and we didn't feel the slightest bit rushed. Felt like warm, homestyle eating. Can't wait to go back again.
Edit: I forgot to mention the breakfast potato slices! Probably the best breakfast potatoes I've ever had. They look like potato chips but are hearty slices with just the right amount of seasoning. Will definitely be having dreams about these taters.

Food is great and very tasty everytime! Everyhing is made from scratch. Small place but they accommodate you as quick as possible. Love everything I've tried especially the crispy side of potatoes, biscuits and gravy, the awesome syrup for the pancakes, oh, and the big waffle with 🍓 strawberries and whipped cream.

I can’t believe i haven’t review this amazing place. We live next door and been coming here to eat for years. The food is always amazing, staff is always friendly.
The owners are the sweetest persons and very attentive and kind. I feel like home whenever we go eat there.
My favorite,the migas a la mexicana for breakfast along with the waffle wich is my husband favorite. Everything is made with fresh ingredients.
So yummy so delicious that as I’m writing this I’m salivating. I recommend this place 100%
And if you want to try lunch i recommend you the chicken alfredo.

Always incredible. Breakfast and lunch and superb. Migas in the morning, a toasted blueberry muffin and the burger or Chicken Envueltos in the afternoon. Save room for dessert.

Suuuuper delicious and fresh food. Normally i come during lunch, had the lasagna, chicken Alfredo, meat loaf, chicken salad, tortilla soup, everything in good quantity and yummy.
This time tho, came for breakfast and it was so good! Completely recommend

I was very happy with my dish, the prices are a bit high, i ordered the huevos rancheros and for 7.99 you get 2 eggs, fried corn tortilla, ham and a side(I choose potatoes), the Bacon was extra 2.99.
The eggs were cooked perfectly cooked over medium,the salsa for the eggs was surprisingly delicious, i would recommend for them to pour the salsa on the eggs before serving for a better presentation, the ham and tortilla was also very good, the potatoes were fresh made to order, hot crispy outside soft inside, i will say that the seasoning on the potatoes was very salty, the bacon was extra but it was amazingly delicious.
I would probably recommend toast/beans or something else included with this dish so that the plate doesn't look so empty.
This place is beautiful inside, i liked how they decorated everything, the staff here was very friendly and attentive.
Overall a great place to have a delicious breakfast.

I love eating at this little gem in McAllen! The food is amazing - I've never had something I didn't like. The service was exceptional and they seated our party of three quickly. In the past, we have also gone here with much larger groups (12+ individuals) and the service was still exceptional and quick. It is a little cramped at times, but this place is definitely a must when you visit!
