When I went to make my order the girl on the line was extremely rude and seemed as if she didn’t care about her job. As I asked for a big breakfast with hot cakes she said okay never once putting in the screen. As I pulled up to the window she started to say what my order was my order was in some interpretable speech. I just trusted her and said yes and as I pulled to the second window the lady was even more rude then the first one seeming as if she didn’t give a fudge about life. I said hey this isn’t what I ordered and she throw a fit and got the receipt I said the lady didn’t even put my order down and she tells me there’s nothing she can do. I choose not to cause a sense but this is extremely sad for McDonald’s to hire people as rude as that.

After I placed my order I went to pay and the young man said "I closed my drawer and forget to get your change , is that okay?" I told him no I need my change. Them after I received my order I pulled away and took a sip of my drink and of course it was the drink drink. The past five times that I have purchased food at this location, the order is ALWAYS wrong. How difficult is it to place the correct order? I place a simple combo meal off the menu. It's not like I order something that's not on the menu!!!!!!! Will not be going back again.

Worst McDonald’s ever!!! They never gave dinning room open. Went there today door was open. But manager ran up and said please leave as they don’t have time to serve ppl up front. Drive-threw only. It was 5 pm are you kidding me!! Second every time I come here (why I have no idea) the order comes out wrong, the workers in the drive threw are always rude. 3rd they are very unsanitary! I was inside one day and watched the manager walk around with the fry basket placing on the counter to take money. Then went and dump into fries. Everyone who saw was disgusted! This is the last time I come here! I’ll drive the extra 10 mins for quality food and service with a smile!

Mc Donold needs to hire more people for Friday night shifts. I got in line with 4 infront of me at 9:10 pm by 9:20 there were 4 more cars behind me and 5 on the other side of the line. By the time I reached the order speaker it was 9:35. Reached the pay here window at 9:56 reached the last pick up window at 10:10 pm then waited another 7 minutes to finally get my food. That's ridiculously too slow. You either hire more people or train the ones you have to work and serve a little faster. Fool me once.

Went for breakfast at 8:40 AM Sunday morning, they had no fountain soda's no orange juice.... How are you out of drinks or unable to serve drinks that are a major part of your business. This isnt the first time it has happened. Seemed like all new staff, shame people don't want to actually work it ends up hurting businesses like this. Still slow
