Mcdonald's

The restaurant appeared to be clean. Except for the clogged toilet in the restroom. Employees were nice but all in all id say this is not a good location.. of the evening at least. We got 2 quarter pounders and neither of them were good. Mine was cold with a few stains of ketchup and mustard. His was cold and uncooked. We went back and ordered a large fry and had to wait 10 minutes on them. I would not recommend this location.

Waited nearly 15 minutes for a what I thought was going to be my second fish sandwich but when I got home and checked it they put a burger with tartar sauce on the bun instead of my fish. This was by far my worst experience at this McDonald's. I more than likely will not be back in this one ever again. They need to learn good customer service and how to make sure they put the right food in the order.

came here the past two nights and the service through the drive trough is absolutely awful!!!! last night when i came through the boy at the first window was so rude. i told him that i had three orders and he acted annoyed and then proceeded to tell me that my order “was really something” because i like my burger plain. when i came through tonight my boyfriend was talking to the lady over the intercom she couldn’t hear him so she said “SPEAK UP” in the most rude tone so we drove off. i would leave no stars but it wouldn’t let me do so. food is okay.. service is AWFUL!

The Maynardville, TN, restaurant is filthy. Floors walls, doors, counters, restrooms all grimy. Sad french fries lie disconsolately in the kitchen floors along with other unappetizing trash. Restroom festooned with trash, feces on toilet seat and let's not even speak about the condition of the floor. Oh, and lady serving to go window sharing her views on drinking getting drunk, and the best clubs to visit. All this occuring before 8 a. m. today. No prude here as far as imbibing goes, but don't appreciate the vibe. Whomever at the health inspection office granted this store with a 97 rating must have been out drinking with the morning shift crew.
