just a good hometown spot with nice servers and tasty drinks. This chicken sandwich was ridiculously good. happy to have them back as an option in maynard!

Came for the weekend Prime Rib but it was so popular it sold out early. Wisely went with a reuben and was deeply rewarded. Corned beef was amazing. Comes with some stellar hand-cut fries. Finished it off with a light dessert: a carrot cake pop. An 'A' pub meal. Was very happy!

Just enjoyed a beautiful time. My family took me there for mothers day.
Good menu choices were varied and hard to make our choices.
We all ordered different items, everyone loved their dinners.
We also enjoyed nachos and onion strings as our appetizers, clam chowder as our soup.
Service was perfect. Glad we went and will definitely go again.

First visit, great spot. Much larger and far more handsome inside than you might guess. Friendly staff. We tried Maynard Burgers and a bacon cheese burger. They were all excellent. French fries and onion rings were all approved my multiple teenagers.

Ordered wings, truffle fries and cheeseburger for take out and all three hit the spot! Food was plenty hot when we picked it up which can be hard for a to-go cheeseburger. Not many people inside when we went to pick it up so please support local bars and help!

UPDATE (Aug 2018):
This used to be a place I would bring my kids because they enjoyed sitting at the bar with me (as paying customers) and eat while watching the game. This was our weekly routine, ofttimes spending well over $50+ each visit. Due to some incident with another group of kids at the bar and a regular customer, the manager/owner has decided to exclude kids from eating at the bar. As such, I will not give them my business until this policy has changed.

If you sit at the bar, you get great service. Beers are limited but a good variety, food is really good, though a bit pricey for bar food. Their burgers & fries are great. If you sit in the dining area, you can expect a long wait. The place is usually understaffed and so the poor bartenders are having to double duty as wait staff. The staff really make this local place shine. They are friendly, remember your name and make you feel very welcome.

Have been coming here for years. The food always tastes consistent, the seats and tables are comfy and the atmosphere is generally very mellow. A worthwhile stop if you want to grab a few drinks with friends and watch the game, or enjoy a decent meal with family. Not persay the most child oriented restaurant, but that isn't the flavor of this establishment either.

Our visit started off great - we were seated immediately upon entering the building and out drink orders were taken. It was relatively quiet too, for a Saturday evening. After putting our drink orders in,though, is where it went down hill.
It took twenty minutes just to get our beer. We ordered our food, appetizer included, and began the waiting game again. Over an hour later, we got our appetizer WITH the entrée, and our server said to us "I don't know why they were just sitting there," at which I turned away at that point. We were told by the hostess that "they weren't expecting a crowd this big" on several occasions, despite it being 7pm on a Saturday.
Food eventually came and it's the saving grace in this review because the ribs were very good, actually.
When it came to the bill, we wired another twenty minutes for the check, it got mixed with another customer's check, and then another twenty minutes to get processed. At that point,we were just itching to get out of the building, seeing how we spent so much time just waiting.
I'm sure my review may be a bit if an anomaly, but I don't think we'll be returning any time soon
