Burger King

The app was unfortunately not working and I had a decent size or. I came into the restaurant and instantly informed the cashier and apologized for q bug order as I'm paying the manager Lori screams from somewhere in the back that I need to call for an order that big. I informed her the appnisnt working and I understand I'll have to wait. She us rude and disgusting and refused to give me her name but fortunately the lovely cashier apologized and gave it to me. Not the last time you'll be dealing with me

Snarky service ordering and at the window. Tried to get me to leave without all of my food! I had to ask for my receipt! Then, my whoppers and fries were COLD! I was very disappointed, as this had been a very busy day and at 2:00 p.m. I still had not had much to eat all day (toast for breakfast). Great service seems to happen only occasionally, which is sad because I like the flavor of most of the food. I was also the only car in line for several minutes.

The Mayfield Burger King is horrible! Whoppers are ALWAYS cold, Chicken sandwich taste like fish! Yuck! Slow service, rude ppl ! The last time i was there only 1 person had a mask on, 1 person had gloves on, when i went thru the drive thru time before last , when the girl handed me my change her hand touched mine and it was sweaty clammy! WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC!!! EVERYONE OF YOU SHOULD BE WEARING GLOVES AND A MASK !

Total Disapointment!!! Stood for 6mins at counter,(only customers inside) 2 employees standing asked "do you know we're here" guy came took our order, while sat waiting a guy in the back where food is fixed talking loud about how he drank too much last night, fowl language used by employees. 1 employee kept pulling mask down and rubbing her nose, another mask down and picking at her teeth, (NO gloves on!) Dining area FILTHY, food, trash all over floor, I started videoing floor, and they sent a girl out to sweep. Order was wrong, only gave 1 sandwich, order was 2 sandwiches, 1 fry, 2 drinks. Totally disappointed. I recommend no one eat there, especially if employees are rubbing nose with their fingers, and picking teeth, and then getting drive thru orders together. I am so shocked!!! We did not eat, requested money back, and left.

Best Burgers on the planet, nice staff and clean place. 4/14/2022 They mixed up my order, but fixed it no problem at all! The Employees were incredibly rude about a mistake that they made. They forgot part of our order and i was gonna say something but the first employee walked away too fast, so i waited and another employee walked up and opened the window and with out saying a word gave us a very rude look. The way i wanted to respond was “calm down you’re a teenager working at a burger king drive thru you aren’t intimidating” but i took a deep breath and mentioned what was missing from my order when they returned with it it was thrusted at us in a very abrupt way. From what I've seen I'm not the first person to leave a review about how rude, inefficient, and incompetent the employees are at this burger king
