I ordered food on 7/4. The omelette was not full and didn’t have the extra items I ordered. I called the restaurant to let them know of the issue. They were polite at the moment & told me they wrote my name down for a credit for a new omelette. 7/7 I called to get the credit. They told me my name was not wrote down but the lady who answered the phone told me she worked that day & still gave it to me. I went to restaurant to pick the order up I did not get greeted all the cashier said was “2.99” as soon as I walked up. Literally no “Hello!” or anything!! I’m thinking like “ok?” So I payed for my food & asked if i could please get syrup. She gave me the syrup but never said have a nice day or anything..but greeted the people behind me with big smiles. Just felt not welcomed!!!

Not too often do I post reviews just never been my thing but, when I tell you this place is a must visit take my word for it. Yes they can be busy at times and you may have to wait 10 minutes for a table but it is absolutely worth it! There’s a gas station right across the street go fill up your tank while you wait come back and enjoy a nice hearty breakfast/lunch meal! Now let’s talk about the food it’s 100% authentic no corners cut or additives to be found. Just as if you were to cook in your own kitchen. The staff is exceptional and very attentive keeping your cup of joe filled to brim whenever they walk by. All around this place is a complete 💎 stop by and find out for yourself?

First time ever to this restaurant stuff for a quick bite to eat at dinner or waitress was very friendly helpful attentive are soup and salad and bread came out very fast after we placed our order overall food was good hot fresh coleslaw was very good the only thing I didn't care for was the carrots that came with my meatloaf and also my meatloaf had way too much gravy on it for my liking and I also don't understand the up charge if you don't get a baked potato and I replaced mine with coleslaw they charge you more for your side. But overall definitely recommend this restaurant.

Briarfield Cafe is a hidden gem of a diner. They have all the usual suspects from a diner menu, but their Briarfield Salad is the best. It has plenty of cukes, tomatoes, mushrooms, and I order light onions, 3 types of cheese, bacon crumbles and you can add chicken if you’d like. The poppyseed dressing tops it off to give a bit of sweetness. Check them out when you are in the mood for good old-fashioned diner food that kicks it up a notch!

This is the best sm diner restaurant I've had the pleasure 2 dine at in the last 20 years.And I've been in dozens, and this place has no equal! I'm a meatloaf kinda girl too, so do yourself a favor, order the meatloaf, grab a to go box for a late nite meatloaf snack, and be sure to greet the owner & Chef extraordinaire, who is real personable and comes out to meet & greet all his diners. Really nice man who accepts me as I'm a dining customer, & doesn't worry about politics, or gender, or other issues of the day but in how satisfied his diners are, thier families, and how your day is going. 5 out of 5 stars ***** rating. The meal, service, and price, which In mho is priced to low for a quality meal. But that's why I keep going back when my work schedule allows me.
