This morning is not the 1st time the service and food itself has been unacceptable at THIS McDonalds! Those employees NEED to be TRAINED/ MONITORED regarding proper Customer Service AND How to PREPARE & Bag FOOD. I don't appreciate not being given eggs on the Breakfast platter, NOR being snapped at for asking for syrup when it's not in the bag! PLEASE DO SOMETHING about your employees McDonald's or hire different employees!

I never expect much from McDonald's. However, I do expect to spend less than 20 minutes for a walk-in to-go order.
There was one person waiting on food & no one at the registers. It took nearly five minutes for someone to come take our order. I'll add that her attitude left a lot to be desired.
Afterwards, we waited, AND I KID YOU NOT, almost 15 minutes for two egg McMuffins & two chicken biscuits.
One star is generous. The franchise owner should fire & hire; train people who WANT to work, and this place has a chance of important.

my daughter's crispy chicken sandwich was burnt and dry... and they NEVER have the smoothie machine working! this is my 2nd attempt (different location) at trying the mango strawberry smoothie sandwich they always say the machine is down. not sure if I even believe them any more. I think they just don't want to make the smoothie. they only got 3 stars bc my burger was good and the fries were perfect. hot, fresh, and just enough salt. 🍔🍟

I pulled up to the store on a saturday night, right behind a couple of other cars who had their order taken. Only bc they were the last resort to begin with. When I pull up the cashier says, "sorry we're closed". So i ask what time do you close and she responded 10:25. It was exactly 10:25. I checked their hours and they are still advertised as 11pm. I rarely EVER even attempt to go there, but this reminded me why. Just wasting my time with this review bc they certainly dont feel that they need to appease customers.

Ice cream machine is always down, pretty sure employees are just lazy and don't want to make them. Don't know why they even have it on the menu at this point as the order takers often seem annoyed when asked about it. Drinks are also often overly watered down and sometimes have off flavors like the soda machine is mixing drinks. Fries are often cold, line takes forever. Just go somewhere else, literally anywhere else

I went to the store at 9:00 p.m. and waited for 5 minutes at the ordering box for somebody to take my order or even just acknowledge me. I got tired of waiting and pulled up to the window and there was nobody inside seemingly but all of the lights are on.

The food was not good. It was cold,you would think it should be warm seeing how it was early. The employees were very rude. I will never go back to that one.

Very rude service here. Was assaulted by employee who walked over to my car. Iwas asked to pull foward . employee walked from inside store across parking and Threw hot food in the window on me. Food coming out the bag . Hot food in my lap. We have a problem.
