Chick-fil-a

Just picked up chicken nuggets from there and was enjoying my meal when I noticed there was a hair in my nuggets and it was cooked all in it. I wanted to throw up when I saw it. I tried calling the store, I don’t even want them to give me because I’m just disgusted. You can see the hair in the top of this picture.

Never had a problem at this location but tonight was a different story. My son went to pick up dinner. When he got home, we were missing a 12 piece nugget and a large fry. I drove back, 12 miles round trip with gas at $4.29 per gallon only to have to pay for those two items AGAIN! All I heard from 2 different employees was “Gee, so sorry. I’ll let someone know.” I don’t care how nice the employees are, that is horrible customer service. Guess we will be going to KFC or Popeye’s from now on. They are both within a couple blocks of this location.

I normally never have anything bad to say but today I'm not as happy as I normally am with my order. I done a online order. I got 3 10 count minis and I waited 15 min before leaving my house house got to restraunt go through drive thru and my order still wasn't ready over 20 minutes after I placed it. That is why I placed it online. I figured 20 minutes would have been ample time to place my order amd not get pulled. But I did.

I was heading home and knew my son loves Chic-fil-a so since it was his 30th birthday the next day, I bought him dinner. It was $27. I could not believe the cost, but, for my hard working first born..it was worth it. He was napping in his chair and was very happy I woke him with his favorite! Happy Birthday son!

Luv Chick-fil-A, but this proprietor is a different breed. Super employees minus 1 very slow morning team member. I was just told NO REFILLS. Once the drink passes through the window blah blah blah (per drive-thru attendant) while another caring worker handed the new refill out the window. The Woodruff Rd store gives free refills....even in new cups! Mauldin needs to honor their loyal customers.
