Best Cuban sandwich I have ever tasted. 20/10🙃 I wanted it toasted but not burned and they delivered!! I sat upstairs in the Mauldin store and it was pretty nice. The employees were super helpful and on point.

First time and it was great! I tried the South of the Border bowl and it was soo good. Food quantity for the price was above average. Loved the Garlic Cilantro sauce!!

They usually have greats ervice, great food, and is almost always a joy to eat from. This time wasn't like that, and a few times in the past have been like this. Hopefully these slip ups won't happen in the future.

About a week ago you had an excellent review today I paid $16 for food that was thrown at me and the rice is not cooked and I made a call up to the restaurant and you put me on hold and never picked up the phone so here’s your review. You lost a customer today. See pic below

Friendly staff and great service. This is my local Tropical Grille, and I frequently do mobile orders here. They consistently deliver top-notch service. They always have the food ready early, and if there has ever been a shortage of one of the ingredients, they have called me immediately to let me know and offer an alternative. Keep up the great work.

Good fast food and a healthier option than the usual burger joint. Is pricier than burger and fries but much better tasting. Recommend Plantains. My wife loves the cauliflower rice with her order.

I was surprised at how fresh and tasty the food was honestly. This is not like fast food at all. It was faster actually due to their ingenious preparation that maintains the freshness and doesn't sacrifice whatsoever on quality. High ceilings and lots of natural light make for a pleasant dining experience. The staff is quite friendly in a relaxed casual way and make you feel right at home. Management was attentive as was the counter help and really were kind, helpful, and accomadating to my 90yr old grandma. Manager Dani is a delight 😍

Picked up a Deluxe Classic Bowl tonight. It was a bad choice. As I sit down to enjoy my meal I begin to taste a lot of salt. As if they poured it in the bottom of the container. Since I don’t typical pour mounds of salt on my food! I was highly disappointed. Thank goodness I don’t have high blood pressure! Make good choices when dining . I had to trash that meal it had so much salt in it. I called the manager, but she did seem to overly concerned. Done with the Trop!
