Really good food. Very friendly host. Nice music and atmosphere. The plating and presentation is very impressive. Basil chicken is really delicious and some of the best fish I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would.

I can’t say enough about the quality and variety of the food at Hunan. This is an old-school Chinese dining experience - if you’re looking for quantity over quality, there are plenty of feed-trough Chinese buffets to fit that bill. The portions here are not tiny and I always leave full, but they are beautifully-presented plated portions and for that, the prices are fair. I had lunch there today and my dad remarked that he’s never had a bad meal there in all the years it’s been open! Truly a local gem.
