Genghis Grill

This place is great. The food is amazing and there are so many proteins, veggies, sauces and bases to build your own bowl how ever you like it. Healthy and delicious! All of the staff are super cool. They are professional but fun and sociable. Everyone from management to waisters/waitresses and food handlers it's definitely a good team. Highly recommend this place!

This place is just by far the best experience I've had in a long time! Just perfect customer service, fresh selection of vegtables. This place is prefect for vegetarians/vegans. I've not had such an amazing customer service from any restaurant in a long time. I will definitely be back .. the sauces were all amazing it was hard to pick my favorite. I highly recommend this place! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!

UPDATE 1/13: I am changing my review from 2 to 4 stars because Genghis Grill reached out and wanted to make my online experience right. This level of customer service is very much appreciated. As I say below, I love going to this place and will continue to patronize the chain. Just be wary when you are doing a online order and be sure you are getting the most out of it. Love eating here and making new food combinations. HOWEVER, I would not recommend online ordering. We ordered two large bowls but when we recieved the containers, they were not even half full. Paying $25 for a customized meal that doesn't even fill a regular to go container is unacceptable.

First time experience here at Genghis Grill. -First off we had a party of 7 at 7pm on a Friday night. -1 hour wait time on kung pao chicken -Greasy forks, it was the 4th one I received. I gave up. -Manager resolved the issue plus gave us a free bowl coupon which was thoughtful -Presentation of the dish looked like leftovers. (Bowl hasn't been touched) -Overall, I'd still give 3 stars. The taste/proportion/presentation for the price wasn't satisfying, but the manager service was great.

My experience at Genghis Grill was a wonderful, the staff there is wonderful I love the way they treat customers. What I love other then the staff was the service, it was really good, I didn't have to wait long for my food at all. My overall experience was a 10 and I would recommend them to family and friends.
