This place is a solid dive bar and when I went had a food truck in the parking lot. I drank Heineken on a bottle and had a y hot pretzel from the food truck. They had a great band doing mostly 80's songs called Short Circuit and they were awesome. The singer could really belt out the songs. It's a local spot that had good music when I went.

Out of the handful of bars in Mastic, Good Friends has the most welcoming vibe. I'be only been a few times, but going means good drinks & new friends. Can't wait to swing back thru this summer!
