Would give a 0 if could this place suxs, and so sloppy and look at price for the bacon.1 strip.80¢, and cold cheese is .60¢ way to go bk to thanks for not producing a decent product. The employee's just stand there like I was a burden. Shame on you

Every single time I order a double pounder king burger they only give me one out of the 4 pieces of cheese. Every single time!!

What can I say, it's Burger King. They're offering new menu items but my favorite is the rodeo cheeseburger. The latest greatest deal is any size french fries, free for the rest of the year whenever you purchase anything in the app. The problem with all of these apps is they don't offer everything or all flavors through the app and that is a shortcoming for all these fast food restaurants. I was unable to order the rodeo cheeseburger. I had to order a rodeo Burger, then hurry to the drive-thru and tell them that I wanted them to add cheese because the app wouldn't give me that option. Then I had already paid for the Rodeo Burger, so I would have to give them the extra in cash for the cheese slice.

There are some very rude and unprofessional employees working at this location. This was the only Burger King I would go to, but after experiencing what I have, I will NEVER return for business.

Every time we come here the lady at the front counter is rude as hell & always messes up our order. Then argues with us about it. Food is alright but the workers are rude and don’t listen. Maybe you guys should put customer friendly people where they have to deal with customers.

The service at the Massillon Burger King was excellent. The lady that waited on us was very friendly. This seems very rare the way people treat customers nowadays.

Doubtful that I will go there again. Service was TERRIBLE. Management was very rude. Counter girl was very unpleasant and didn't know how to listen. Burger was burned, and chicken nuggets, onion rings and fries were cold and soggy. This was at approximately 11:30am. No excuse for this at this time, and there was only 1-2 cars in drive thru line, NO ONE in the dining area. Corporate needs to get there act together with these places. The only good one around is on Raff Rd. ZERO stars.
