This was the most pleasant experience we have had dining out in a long time. And yes, the food was delicious...BUT if it were NOT for Nick G and his amazing customer service, it would be like any other, Italian restaurant. Thank you Nick!

Pizza was good I like it compare to other places not like cardboard or no taste right amount of both thanks

I have never had a panini that was not pressed, the bread room temperature and the mozzarella cheese not melted. Quite surprised that Frank's dropped the ball on this.
