My wife and I went to this location for the first time, and ordered at the kiosks. We placed two separate orders. While waiting for the orders I received mine promptly. My wife did not receive hers. Amy, a friendly worker behind the counter saw my wife waiting and asked if she could help. My wife told Amy what she ordered and Amy said it did not come up on her screen. My wife told her the credit card went through at the kiosk. We didn't want to have to pay again. Amy told us not to worry and immediately started filling my wife's order. Amy later told my wife she usually doesn't work at this location but was helping out today. Amy was very kind, considerate and hard working. Excellent customer service. Food was great too. Thank you Amy and the staff at the Massapequa location.

This was a pleasant visit. It wasn't busy at the counter but had 15 or so dining already. This store was well-staffed and the couple of employees we interacted with were pleasant. This store was VERY clean and very well kept. Even the bathrooms were quite clean. It was a very pleasant dining experience, low noise and very roomy. The food was great and served hot. I've always thought the portions were kinda small but it is what it is in the big chain stores. All in all this is a good spot and we'll be back.

I'm not a huge fan of chain restaurants. Happened to be we were in the area with nothing else around to choose from. They really need to expand on their choices. I ordered a sandwich for my hubby, and they asked if i wanted bread, apple, or chips. Honestly, why would i want more bread if i ordered a sandwich? I got a Caesar salad and got the same choices. Nonetheless, the place was clean. Not crowded, a couple doing work, and 5 ladies enjoy a game of Mahjong.

Good food, order through a kiosk, pickup at window, pour your own drink, remove your tray from table. Not much more to say. I did enjoy the soup on breadbowl and thir bread is fresh baked.

Ordered take out here recently. It’s identical inside to most other Paneras. Staff was friendly enough, and it was clean.
There was an issue when using the app with the self serve kiosks, where it wouldn’t allow us to finalize the order. This made it so we had to order with the cashier. No big deal, he was able to get the special offer that we wanted to us to go through.
Only gripe was the wait time. I’ve been to quite a few Paneras over the years, so I have a feel for average wait times based on any factors. It wasn’t very busy when we went in, yet we ended up spending close to half an hour waiting for our food. Granted, the food came out fine, so in the end, no big deal.
Overall, a normal experience otherwise.

Great Panera location, their bread is super yummy! They also got my order correct (which isn’t the case with every Panera) even though I made some modifications to the salad.

Had a great experience today. Wife had the summer salad which was fresh with strawberries , blueberries , pineapple and chicken. Dressing was light but tasty. Have it with a side of broccoli and cheddar soup. She enjoyed it. We also tried one of the new flatbreads . Got the chipotle chicken and would recommend it . Especially if you eat it there and it's crispy and hot. The chipotle sauce had a great smokey taste. Restaurant was clean and quick service.

I'm usually satisfied with this Panera when we order in and eat there. When ordering pick up, its important to check over your order before you leave. There is almost always something missing or incorrect. The staff is very good about fixing it and making a replacement item. They even offer a free dessert and let you keep any food that was wrong (otherwise they would have to throw it away). The seating is usually enough. Even on the most crowded day I've always been able to find a seat. It's nice in the winter when they turn on the fireplace. One of my favorite things in the summer is the selection of flavored iced tea. They all taste great and I love that they don't use any artificial sweeteners.
