Purchased cheesy fries (no chili) and this is a picture of what we got…cold fries with unmelted cheese. We were the only ones in the drive through. Lol. How did this happen?!

Took forever for the food. They seemed friendly and was pleasant dealing with woman at counter. Fries tasted like they were cooked in dirty grease. Also I could taste fish residue. I had chocolate shake or malt and it was good.

$2.00 for a cup of water!!! No refill on a soft drink due to COVID...but no masks worn by employees!!! A layer of dead bugs all along the window sills next to the booths!!! Staff not friendly to dine-in customers. Staff more focused on drive through customers so waiting on dine-in customers was not a priority. This Dairy Queen needs some help!

Here we go again, What is up with this location...horrible...Saturday night 7pm... No chicken and dumplings, no nachos, no jalapeños, no Dr. Pepper... how?why? This is the only fast food restaurant in Mason tx. You would think being the only place to eat,, it would be stocked,, staffed and ready to make people happy. How can it be consistently bad and stay in business? Completely pitiful.
This Review from December...Horrible at night. 2 meals took 45 min to make, and then it was made wrong. They don't have an actual ordering system, the kid out front who's in 10th grade[he told us], thinks he's a waiter at a restaurant but he never remembers correctly and it really sucks too because I love DQ normally, but not in Mason. I'd suggest a drive to Brady.

Always a good place to stop. Yes their DT speaker has been broken for an extended time, but I just order inside now. Staff is always friendly and I love supporting the Mason ISD clubs and teams .
