The location is nice, but the staff doesn’t seem to know what they are doing at any given time. I went through the drive thru and I asked for chocolate cake donuts and the employee said they didn’t have them..I order a different donut and she says we do have the one I wanted . I say give me that and then they return to we are out of them. Get your act together!

Friendly and efficient employees. Orders are accurate and the product meets DD standards. Enhanced health/safety practices appear to be taken seriously. For an especially young group of employees, their sense of urgency and great customer service is impressive.

The early morning staff is always very friendly and positive. This particular Dunkin' is my favorite to stop at even though I pass 2 others on my way to work. Thank you to Angelo and the team at the Mason Dunkin'!
