There was a young, black woman who attended to us at the drive-thru window. She was definitely an expert in customer service. I wish all drive through attendance were more like her!

On a road trip and made a quick to go stop. I tried one of the new burgers and was surprised both with its taste and it's bulk.

The food was absolutely fabulous however my debit card was declined for whatever reason even though I had plenty of money and my bank. I even called my bank to see if it was a issue on there and being the fact that I was traveling and out of town from my normal location. My bank said that no it was something to do on Arby's end but instead of Arby's trying to swipe my debit card instead of using the chip reader the cashier made me feel as if I were being judged like I had no money and I was trying to pass off and overdraw my account of some sort.
