Our waitress Stevie was amazing! Every bit of food we ordered was amazing! The cocktails far surpassed expectations! Very happy this is where we had dinner our first night in Cincinnati!
My family and I eat at Rusty Bucket three or four times a week, the atmosphere is great for the kids, I can enjoy one of the many drafts they have while watching a game. The menu has something for everyone and frankly it's all great! The managers there are really friendly and the staff is always happy and courteous. This is easily one of our favorite local restaurants.
Great service and we really enjoyed the food. The tilapia was great! Loved the salmon too!
Can get busy but not sure why.. Been here twice, once for lunch and once for drinks/dinner. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich both times. It's good and honestly, it was the only thing on the menu that sounded good. They do have a great tap selection and the beer prices are reasonable.
Comfortable Mediocrity. The bar is nicely appointed with a huge flatscreen centerpiece and a comfortable dining space. The service is hit or miss, depending on the luck of the draw of servers. The food is unremarkable, neither wonderful nor horrible. The menu is pretty standard for sports bars and as such, unimaginative (like the food) and ho-hum; everything comes with shredded lettuce, a slice of tomato, chopped onions, pickles and a slice of standard-issue American cheese. And french fries, of course.
Why don't places like this hire a professional chef to create an imaginative menu and teach their cooks how to prepare food? And a professional manager to set standards for service and integrate kitchen, service and bar into a well-orchestrated experience for customers?
Still, Rusty Bucket is comfortable, the menu familiar and the food predictable, with only the service variable.
I eat here all the time either doordash or in store. Their food is great and service is always good. I highly recommend the Meatloaf, Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, and the Sicilian Pizza. Their fish is good but I am not of a fish enthusiast.
They have a nice large bar area and plenty of seating as well. I think the price of food is fair for the quality but their menu selection could be increased and I think that would add some value. Highly recommend for anyone who has never tried this restaurant.
They really do make a great burger and pretty good coleslaw as it is creamy and has a nice acidity.
I heard the happy hour of this place is of great value. We did not come at happy hour. Food is typical of American style, fish taco each has a small piece of fish and is about $17, typical price these days. Will come back for happy hour for sure.
Service was outstanding, the food was good quality at a fair price. The bar area was well kept and roomy. I'd return if I'm ever back in the area
Great food. Happy hour until 6 M-F. 1/2 off apps, dollar off beer/wine, seven (7) dollar burger, 12 dollar pizzas...
Fantastic food with fantastic flavor and fantastic service. Our waitress Emily was on top of it. However, I wish the peel and eat shrimp would have been de-veined before serving. A whole shrimp does make a pretty presentation, though. I will be back next time that I am in town.

Highly recommend. Went great with the spicy shrimp cocktail bucket. I also had the double stacked quesadilla, was super good.
I wouldn’t get the mashed potatoes if I were you. My boyfriend got the Reuben sandwich and he ate all of it!
Great service. Cute location, love that it’s next to a bunch of shops and a Barnes and noble.
Stopped in here (12-12-21) on the way from Cincinnati, so we could hopefully catch some of the NFL games, and have a nice meal.
Nice atmosphere, and pub like environment. Plentiful televisions, a huge one directly in center that we were able to watch the main game on. Little disappointed, to learn they didn't have the NFL ticket, so couldn't watch the other game we had hoped too see, but, nonetheless, a nice relaxing place to catch the games.
Staff was very welcoming and waitress was patient and efficient. Didn't feel rushed, watching the game, and had plenty of beer and food for the duration.
Food was awesome, we all four enjoyed our meals.
Recommended for great food, good service, and football (as long as it's televised games you're searching for...)
Was out of town for the day and stumbled upon this place. The atmosphere was pleasing and the staff were super friendly. The food was great and the place was well kept and clean. Definitely worth the visit and now a go to whenever I'm in Cincinnati.
Very good, the food was hot and fresh. I had fish and chips and it was great, most places over fry the fish but here it was cooked perfectly... The wife had steak with wild mushrooms, the steak was perfectly cooked to medium, the mushrooms were a bit salty but all in all everything was great. The waitress was very attentive, excellent service!
