Very similar to a Chipotle or Moe’s. Quality was good, pricing is fair. The tortilla chips were the only downside of the meal...more like Tostitos from the grocery store than what I was expecting.
I love this place. The burritos are huge and fresh. Ive never had one that tasted bad! I like this place much more then moes and i recommend it to all my friends. If you wanna be full for the half the day eat here!!
I'm from Texas and this place offers one of the best Burritos in the area. They are just as good as Chipotle and freebirds. I will eat there again!
What can I say about this place? Friendly service. Fast preparation with quality goods! The large size burrito isn't too big, leaving you wasting food or feeling overly stuffed...although I was a little stuffed. ;) I'd be a regular if I lived close by. The service was very kind, something I've grown to not expect these days, so I'm greatly appreciative when I receive a pleasant & welcoming experience.
Walked in & was greeted. Warm & clean environment. Order was made just right. Service was quick during lunch time that was a plus. Tons of space to sit and eat.
Amazing service, very helpful. My first time eating here and I'm super impressed! I didn't have to look at the menu at all because my new friend Jacob walked me through my order, recommended toppings and did I mention I could make 2-3 meals out of this! I'll definitely be back!
Went there for lunch with all four of my kids. The food and service was amazing. The manager jacob was very patient with me and all of my kids. I felt like part of the Hot Head family. Will definitely be back.
Guy at the counter was very informative to a first time customer. Very up front on the menu. Food smells great and is reasonably priced. I’ll def be back.
It's honestly difficult to say anything bad about this place. Depending on who's working can affect how much ingredients goes into your bowl, but in general I love HotHeads and it's employees. I order through the app and it's always efficient.
My fiance and I went in to check out the burritos and left with a smile on our faces. Not only is the food delicious and fresh, the employees were so fun to talk to. Great place and I totally recommend!!
The food is always very tasty, but it seems like there's always a new employee being trained EVERY single time we come in there (only on the weekends). That tells me that either 1. This location serves as a training hub, or 2. Management is SO poor that they cannot keep employees.
Went in for lunch today and there was a guy running the place all by himself, clearly panicked. He outright said he was brand new and was not sure what was on the burritos. Also, not all ingredients were ready yet, so there was limitations on my order.
The guy was friendly and I honestly believe he was doing the best he possibly could. Who leaves a barely-trained employee to open a restaurant/manage the lunch crowd all by themself??
This is why I suspect they can't keep people, if that's what Management does to them.
Good tacos, I'm sure their burritos are just as good. I went at about 6pm and there was no line or people eating inside so I was about to take my time and craft 3 different tacos with unique toppings. All three were delicious.
Amazing food! The people there are very kind, and I make it a part of my lunch break before or after work to stop here. 😊
