Kfc

I have been a couple times recently and they won’t have any chicken and they are supposed to be open for another hour or more. Placed an online order tonight and the door is locked. Wife pulls up to the window and their little fat manager yell “we don’t want any!” and then yells yet another charming statement “just go home!” She needs fired! They probably run out of food because she is back there stuffing her oversized face! I wish I could find the owners number or a way to actually reach them. The place is dirty, workers are rude and usually look dirty. They need to close, clean house and reopen with an all new staff. What do they have to lose when fat girl is eating all their profits! If you own this place you might wanna show up and act interested

Trying to be generous with the stars because the lady at the counter was trying - HOWEVER, it was clear it was like her first day and she was not properly trained and they had no one helping her. 1) She had to ask for help from the Shift Manager (should leave out the 'f' and be more accurate) with help with the new Sides Lover 8 piece. He did it but seemed frustrated. 2) I added cookies to the order - she did not know where it was {as I stated} likely extremely new and untrained}, he actually berated her in front of myself and two other customers - one who had ordered and another one waiting to order. I wanted to go over the counter and smack the 20something POS for talking like that to an employee who was old enough to be his grandmother. 3) The left the dozen cookies out of the order but the 'new' employee actually caught it and called them out. 4) The left out the dipping sauces for tenders. Completely. IF, and I doubt it as I have never received a reply from any KFC GM or owner, they want to know - the order was about 11:35AM Saturday, 6/18/22.

Hope this place can turn it around since it’s the only one around here. Needs better management and people willing to work. Can’t order a 12pc cause they only have 8pc cooked !?!? Hmm we’ll get to cooking buddy I can wait . But not a option . This was @ 6pm they don’t close till 8pm. Like I said I hope it gets better . 6/26/22 also drivethru only now.

Went to Martinsville kfc 12/28/21 around 7pm. The girl working the register and making food was very friendly and nice. Our order was perfect, food was good and we actually felt welcomed there. As a business owner myself, I'd give that girl a raise or a promotion. She is definitely a keeper as far as being a great worker. You don't see that much these days, so it was nice to see. Will definitely be back.
