Wendy's

Hygiene and customer service is a big problem here, all the tables and floors are dirty and sticky. Customer service; terrible i was waiting in line for 5mins the ladies saw me didnt help me until i got their attention she didnt even bother to greet she just looked at me waiting for me to order , the food was also bad the burgers were cold the buns were cold and breaking apart, the chicken nuggets were nasty, do not recommend this place at all.

Stopped in to eat while waiting for Amtrak. This was the first time in this Wendy's. The inside was very clean. I ordered a 4 for $4. Everything was made the I had requested. There were five of us in our group, and we payed separately. All of our orders were made fast and correct. The employee who took our orders was polite. I would have given 5 stars, but when I went to use the bathroom it was a mess.

Food is great, but twice now, a couple weeks apart, I've ordered a #2 (double cheese cheeseburger) combo and when I opened the burger it was only a single. Luckily I was eating there and hadn't gone through the drive thru. Easily fixable, but staff looks at you like you're the one that made the mistake.

Service was slow in ordering, but got the food out quickly, but wrong.The JR Bacon cheeseburger was suppose to be plain, the girl taking the order put it in correctly but the cook didn't pay attention. Also, weird to have the bathroom key over near the drive thru window rather than next the the in dining register.

This place is literally a toilet filled with human feces. I have gotten sick every time I have eaten here. There is a toothless drifter that is clearly a junkie that handles your food after he's just smoked about 15 cigarettes in the parking lot. The manager is incompetent. They lock the doors early so they don't have to work. This place is a dump. Enjoy eating the garbage they peddle. I have never had a bad experience at a Wendy's before. This place is a crack house.

Ordered #1 value meal in drive thru, handed over my credit card to pay, card was returned with receipt as normal. Then cashier asks for card back, she thinks she made a mistake. I hand it back.....the I get food and new receipt and credit card back. Off I go.... Then 4 days later, I notice on my online banking account, that my card had been charged 3 times for a over 18.00. I write the amounts down, and dates...and make note that the 2 extra charges were 1 day after my only visit. So I stop in 3 days later to get it corrected. I ask to see the manager, he finally comes out after 15 min and I tell him the problem. He says, that I need to take it with my bank, and there is nothing he can do. I go to the bank, and they wonder like I did, why the manager didnt issue a simple credit. So the bank puts me in contact with credit card services...they issue a credit card fraud report against them and said I will get credited from the bank. The also noted that the additional charges happened on the following day of my visit. And determined that I need to have a new credit card issued, because of the fraud. So now, my credit card is closed and I have to wait 10 days for a new one to arrive in the mail. Dont get scammed like I did, only use cash at this 3rd world Wendys.
