Consistently bad. It must be the owner/management with the issue. I stop by once a month or so to see if they got better... but every time they disappoint. This time I was there at lunchtime and they were out of half the ingredients... no tomatoes, no lettuce, etc. So I got a “melt” which is supposed to have more cheese and the guy barely put any on there. Then he couldn’t get it in the toasting bag and my sandwich kept falling apart... I got even less cheese because it was shredded and all fell on the table. I should’ve asked for a new sandwich but there was a line.

My husband and I placed an order Dec 31st. He ordered his sandwich with wheat, mine was white. As the sandwich I had maker was cutting my sandwich, I notice the roll was falling apart. I did not say something and I should have. I got home with my sub and took a bite. The bread completely crumbled in my hands. I threw away my sandwich. Not only was it crumbly but it tasted stale. The bread has ALWAYS been delicious.

Went to Subway while waiting on my oil to be changed at Walmart. The website said they opened at 10 and there was an employee standing inside. I asked when they would be opening and he couldn't even give me a rough estimate. He mumbled something about the prep not being done and continued standing there. He was opening the gate just as I was leaving Walmart at noon.

Ordered online, asked for the subs to be toasted they weren't. The bacon and chicken doesn't even taste like it's even been microwaved.The girl was kinda friendly, but not even wearing a mask. That doesn't bother me, but when a sign says "mask required by employees and customers" .. Why have the mask up?

As Subway shops go, this one wasn't bad... HOWEVER, I happened to be the only customer inside at that time. BUT, the employee was kept busy taking phone orders while i was trying to order in person...it got annoying pretty fast after the third call. He would literally stop making my three sandwiches to answer the phone without even an apology. I can't understand why the lone person up front had to try to make sandwiches AND answer the phone while there was another employee in the back that could have helped. A little organization would have enabled the orders to be handled without leaving the customer upset.

Prices missing from menu board... Staff didn't know the prices. Ordered a featured signature wrap.... But they didn't tell me they didn't have the sauce for it till wrap was done. And someone need to explain to them a wrap is wrapped.... Not folded over like a taco. Worst experience at a Subway I've ever had! 2 stars is being kind!

Staff wasn't very educated. Tried to charge me more than what special was because it was easier to ring up that way. Had to explain the special was for 6 inch. I wanted 2. They wanted to ring up as foot long for $2 more!

Ordered a pretzel. The kid runnng the store didn’t know where the salt was kept. Needless to say, I didn’t take the pretzel. I have gone in 3 times to get a pretzel and they are either out of the pretzels or salt or something is wrong.
Here is a tip: spend some money on training and maybe you won’t lose customers !
