Cask'n Flagon

I ordered baked macaroni and cheese and it certainly was not baked or very hot. It did not have a lot of flavor. It was easy to tell the water they boiled the pasta and was not salted. Which in my mind is an necessity for pasta. My fiance had a pastrami sandwich, he liked the sandwich, however said it was nothing special.

Absolutely horrible experience last night. We made a reservation for two and they sat us at a high top at the bar which was fine. Ordered our drinks and an appetizer. Then a small group of people came to the bar to order drinks, that small group grew to 10 then 15, then possibly 30. I basically felt like I was in a club. At one point some girl was handing out items to the guys and they guys were smoking INSIDE! They were rowdy, loud, and spilled drinks on the floor plus broke a beer bottle and didn't let a server know. The worst part was management did nothing. By the time our food came we took one bite and asked our server for a box. When she came back she asked us if it was due to the group and we said yes, she said pick a dessert on the house. A DESSERT?! They should have done something more than offering a dessert. I am never going back to the cask! Worst experience ever.

I got sick with 2hours of eating there food had to leave work early. Plus they got my lunch order incorrectly.I called and informed the person my order was incorrect I asked for mashed potatoes as a side and they gave me some mash potatoes shells they were extremely disgusting no seasoning was added on food very bland. No one made a attempt to fix my order. I do not recommend this place at all.

Food and service were very good. Our waitress Jordan was attentive and informative. Cocktails was delicious as was the entrees. BBQ brisket and pork belly ends with Mac and cheese and coleslaw all tasted delicious. My girlfriend got the blackened chicken pasta which she said was very tasteful. With options for outdoor or indoor seating, TV's everywhere with sports and good drinks, food, and staff. This place did not disappoint

The service was horrible. The server literally came over and asked my friend and I what we wanted. Never once introduced herself. Never offered any specials or attempted to upsell. She was rude and rushed us along. We were only at our table for a minute at most. We felt like a burden and wanted to leave immediately but we were starving so we decided to order. She dropped the food and walked away. Not pleasant or sociable whatsoever. Never once pre-bussed. Dishes and glasses continued to pile up. She never once bussed a single thing. Once we were finished she came by and dropped the check. Never offered us coffee or dessert. Between the food and the service it was just a nightmare overall. Will not return.
