My 2 Blizzards were not served upside down like at every other DQ ever! "Upside down or it's free," is a big LIE at this place! Not only were they not served upside down, I was not offered a gift card or 2 free Blizzards when I ponited it out. I was told by a worker that this DQ does not follow that rule! DQ store owner, where is my gift card at? This exact store used to serve the blizzards upside down, what happened to the quality of the workers??

Pretty sad !! How you go to get something to eat. They call police and accuse you of drinking. I guess not only do they offer food but they also work for police and call if they think your drunk. Funny thing is I wasn't drunk Warning to the people if there hungry after having a drink after work. They will call police on you

I went through drive through and I ordered a strawberry shake with no whip cream . The guy added the whip cream and when he realized it was wrong he literally scooped it off the drink ( with some left over cream still There) didn’t even ask for an apology or didn’t even say that he is gonna make a new one. We pay almost $5 for the shake and if this is how u serve your customers you would be closing you other location too soon . Have some decency and courage to accept the mistakes bcoz that is okay to make mistakes and correct them and make sure customer is happy . This is terrible . I regularly visit the DQ to get shakes bcoz I have utmost respect for its owner Mr. Buffet.But I am never coming back again .

Normally the food I receive here is very good and an enjoyable experience. This time not so much. The burgers were dry and old tasting my fiancé’s was completely wrong and we didn’t notice till we got home and looked at the receipt that the young curly haired kid at the window didn’t run one of the two $10 gift cards we gave him only ran the one and put the rest in my debit card. I assume he kept the other gift card since we didn’t get them back obviously since I assumed he ran them both an just discarded them after.
