The so call man at the drive thru window had a real shifty attitude the woman in front of me told him she would go somewhere else if you're going to have that kind of job dealing with customers do better than that.

I ordered the 16 pc bucket of chicken. I ordered original. Thru the drive up window. When i got home half the pieces were so over fried i couldnt tell if it was original receip or crisp. I could not even eat it. I gave i to my cat and the cat only ate some of it. It was terrible. The gravy was also very watery. Terrible. Will never go back. Very disappointed

Showed up around 7:40pm on 3/31/22 and all the employees were standing outside smoking all lights off and it says they don’t close until 8.

Was told there was no gravy. Asked for a substitution or discount. Was told no its the same price either way. Really??? Wasn't satisfied with the chicken. Coleslaw was good as always but KFC has gone downhill from years ago...

First, you run out of gravy. Half the reason people go there is for mashed potatoes and gravy. Second, you can't TELL PEOPLE you're out of gravy when they order?? 0/5 stars, will never be back.

Went through drive in ordered chicken thighs original with a few biscuits payed drove away when got home had crispy hard small chicken thighs I thought that KFC had a size requirement oh there chicken. It was really small I called to complain but got no resolve. Very unhappy

Service was bad and I think it was because there were just three people working during lunch rush. I asked for BBQ and Honey Mustard for all the chicken I just bought for me and a friend. They gave one of each. I mean come on ReAlLy!
I ordered that new sweet BBQ chicken and it was like drizzled on. It didn't look anything close to the advertisement.
Last thing they just gave me a bag to take my food home with me. It felt like I was a bother. Crazy sad...
