Terrible woman assuming manager at 12:40 pm. Claimed our order was correct and it was not! Even said used a different sticker on food says no tomatoes but it’s right. It was not! Rude and slammed drive up window on us. The order both had mild sauce on. Incorrect! Rude!

You know. After a hard day at work it would be nice just to get a decent meal but when I have to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru and then to get all the way home to find my food cold as ice and it’s not even what I ordered Terrible service. And you guys want $15 an hour give me a break. Never again will I go there.

Similar to Taco Bell except good. Inexpensive Mexican type fast food dine in and drive thru service is what you have here. Tacos 🌮 burrito 🌯 and quesadilla value meals daily. Pepsi products for beverages. Potato Ole side dish excellent.

Yet again another sad fast food experience. Ordered chicken taco. Did I get chicken tacos, nope. Did I pay for chicken tacos? I sure did. Maybe we could get some quality help instead of sub par help.

Order got mixed up, went above and beyond to remedy. Plus, I find their food much better quality than their main competitor. Truly hope they stay financially fluent enough to stay open.

Typical Taco John's. We did the great Taco Tuesday Taste Test a few weeks ago and John's came out on top by a mile. Taco Hell ran away with last place. Service here was very slow for some reason but when you're craving a .99 cent Taco you just do whatever you have to do.

I went in here earlier today, I waited 45 minutes for my food. When I finally got the food it was very greasy and cold. Staff was impolite and treated me like I wasn't there. Wont be coming back for a long time. I found the service quite sad considering that the manager was present, employees were standing around, and the drive thru was being served.

Ordered a meat & potato burrito, it contained neither meat nor potatoes.
To their benefit, the potato oles did have potatoes in them.
6 months later I gave it another shot and they didn't get a single thing right in the order. And no potatoes oles at all. I'd give it 0 stars but instead I'm just getting my money back. But I do have like 6 random burritos.
