Decent prices, but sloppy. Messy floor, tables not wiped off, over flowing trash, no napkins, staff in sweatshirts instead of uniforms. Hot food, accurate order. Just feels like a dirty truck stop. (Sunday afternoon)

These three need a raise for their hard work Jeffrey, jeff q. And Earnest . They are what arbys represents. So Karen and HR reading this they deserve recognition for their hard work and dedication. These are the employees that help make a store great and what inspiring smiles are about.

There is no reason for there to be 4 different ppl working. The lobby closed! And I still have to wait 10-15 minutes for a fish sandwich.
The night staff just stands around not doing anything other than laughing and talking.
Updated they forgot they told us to pull up forward. 100% NEVER RETURNING.

Overall your typical Arby's eatery....even if it's in a small town like Marshall, Illinois. Food was pretty good overall and drive-thru service just fine. Lots of truckers clogs up the parking area sometimes.....but with a small car....you'll be fine. I typically choose this Arby's for supper or lunch when I pass thru eastern Illinois.
