Every arby’s I go to, if you don’t go at peak times you get cold/old food. It was fine but my fries and sandwich were cold. If this was just one restaurant or one time I’d say it was a fluke. But numerous times and restaurants says to me that it’s a trend. I think they are pushing their employees to serve cold food to save food costs. Employees are really friendly and nice. Otherwise it would have one star.

The order was WRONG from the very start! Had to go back inside and reorder what was missing and then still WRONG according to menu!

It took me 12 minutes to get a chicken sandwich. They must have had to go out and kill the chicken first. I sat field 3 minutes waiting at the menu board waiting for someone to take my order.

WOW...after just spending several hours in the the ER, I needed some food and something to drink. When ordering a sandwich and fries, I spotted the new Caramel & Cinnamon Shake. It was AMAZING!!! That's an awesome combination of flavors!! I hope ya all keep it for a long time! I will definitely be gettin another one!!

Only, drive-thru open. Employees don't want to, go back to work. Enjoying the unemployment bennifts. Special was 2for$6 beef & cheddar. Great customer service. We'll be back...
