We love this Golden Chick. The staff is always friendly and they almost always get our order right. The only time I ever had to wait long was when I got one of their cod sandwiches a long time ago. I will never make the mistake of buying one of those again. Their lotta zing sauce is the best! I love it with jalapeño poppers and chicken strips. Try their golden roast it is delicious (but make sure it is fully cooked!). Way better than chicken express in time management, service, and flavor!

Went for a late night dinner yet for some reason they decided to close early and give no explanation. If you’re short staffed then the management team is supposed to step in and pick up the slack. Too often now you have bosses and supervisors who don’t know how to be leaders and have no reason to be in that position. If you can’t lease by example you don’t deserve to be a manager and if you can’t pickup the slack then you shouldn’t have taken in the responsibility. Places are losing money hand over fist because of situations like this and it’s just unacceptable but sadly seems to be the new normal and that has got to change.

Everything says open until 10 pm. The open sign was lit up. 9pm exactly they said sorry we are closed already. We had to go to competition.

On the app and map Google it says closes at 10:30 well come to they always saying they closed and it's 9:50 or 10pm so times needs to be fixed or the workers needs to stop lying and closing early before times and take people orders until 10:30
