Cajun Tex

It was very busy the night we ate there. You could see the staff was extremely busy. Our food was very good and even as busy as they were the staff managed smiles. We were only a little miffed about desert. When we ordered we were told they would bring it when we were ready so as we were finishing dinner my daughter went up to the counter to let them know we were ready. A long while later we see what we thought was ours coming. The waitress passed us up and delivered to another table. The people looked confused, said a few words to the waitress, smiled and the the waitress returned to the counter. After another 15 or 20 minutes the manager comes by our table whispers in my ear that she thought our food had been given to another table and returned to the counter. Then we hear out waiter say I told you it was the wrong table! We did finally receive our order and it too was fabulous.

I came in tonight to eat with my husband, and let me tell you it was the best Cajun food I’ve ever had. Not to mention the customer service was was phenomenal, the staff was super friendly and sweet. Especially Brandi the manager and Reese. My husband and I will definitely be coming back with our whole family next time so they can experience the great dinner we had.

Don’t ever order takeout or curbside, it’s an act of Congress to get your entire order, if it’s right in the first place. They never apologize for getting it wrong, or even admit fault and Brandie has the personality of a bullfrog, it’s always “well we’re just getting super busy here.” So what? Everyone gets busy. Why do the teenagers at Whataburger get my order right every time no matter how busy, but you don’t? Rest assured this will be the last order we have from here, despite how good the food actually is, providing you get it in the first place.
