City Donuts & Cafe

New donut shop.....😟😟😟 thought I was in for a treat! This place doesn't even have real bacon! If you like turkey bacon? You may like this place. Eggs weren't cooked correctly! Sausage was horrible! So I decided to try a donut. I mean,,,, how can you go wrong with a donut? Well, let me tell you how.... the donuts seem to be undercooked and old. This place was very much so less than expected! I did send the eggs back. They did we cook the eggs with out a problem. You also get one slice of toast with your breakfast. Lol this place is a joke

WOW The service was Awesome I asked for chocolate covered cream filled donuts 🍩 but they were out so I was just going to pick a different donut 🍩 selection But the kind lady offered to put chocolate over some glazed cream filled donuts 🍩 and I accepted And might I add this was on Easter Sunday she made our Easter morning. The name on the receipt is Charlee B not sure if this is her name but Awesome she is... I’ll definitely be going back great Donuts 🍩

I will admit that I was looking forward to visiting this place once it opened. I arrived to a very simple donut shop that wasn't very clean. I ordered a few different donuts for me and my family only to find that they didn't taste great and were a little over their shelf life. About the only thing this place as going good for it is the friendly staff members they have on payroll.

This was a place my fiancé wanted to try so I gave it a chance. Went there and one person was working the lobby AND drive up. I was second in line for about 5 minutes, reviewing the menus that was placed ALL OVER THE BUSINESS, and then when it comes out turn, we get ready to order French toast breakfast and the cashier whispers to us that the marrero location doesn’t have any or the pancakes, French toast, etc. so basically all they had was donuts. She said the other locations have the full menu but not that one right now. So why not have a sign saying that? Why tell us after we’ve been waiting? Never again.

Wife went to city donuts and ordered a veggie omlet. It came out raw in the inside so she sent it back, she brought it back to her and said the clear runny stuff on the inside was cheese. She cut into it and showed her that it was not cooked... they gave her a refund because they don’t know how to cook an omlet. Why is it on the menu? The manager was on his cell phone and didn’t say a word to her. He just swiped his card and went back to his personal conversation. Don’t go to City Donuts, I’m sure they’ll be out of business soon anyway.
