I went in wanting a buttered pecan milkshake but no buttered pecan icecream. So I decided on a banana royale with mint chip after seeing they in fact had bananas on the counter. I have never been to a BR with such rude, uncaring employees. Took forever for anyone to come to the counter and it was the guy working the register that finally came, not the girls that work it, and he didn't know how to make what I wanted and tells the girls they'll have to go down there. They were both at the subway side and continued to serve subway customers that came in AFTER me. One girl finally came down to get something from a back room and asked did I want something. Hello? Have I been standing down here all this time for nothing? And guess what? She didn't know how to make it either! It's on your menu and you don't know how to make it? She replies "nope" and goes back to subway! I should have just left, but I wanted some ice cream after just leaving a chemo treatment and it would be close to an hour to the next BR. I ended up settling for a single dip of mint chip since the cashier could handle that. All the while, the girl is giving me the stink eye from the subway counter

I came in this place on 05/12/18 with my daughter & sister. I am from out of town. My daughter was ordering a Mocha coffee and the young lady that work at Subway was called over by the Manager. Wow did he have a nasty attitude. The young lady ask maybe 5 to 7 times will he show her how to make it. Wow the attitude was unbelievable. Now I wanted to go off on his ass. Just rude to the employees and customer. Willie thats not job for u and u need to be fired. I will ho until it happens for u not to ne be there at that company. You give that company a bad rap.
