Huddle House

Went for dinner with out of town family. One waitress on which was fine we didn't mind waiting. Waitress paid no attention to who cam e in when and sat where so after 30 min of watching her behind the counter she finally went to start taking orders. After an hour of waiting and watching people that came in after us place there order and still not having our order taken we left. For less amount of money we went to the store bought everything and made our own breakfast for dinner.

It's a hit or miss, varies on who is working. A couple of cooks take pride in their cooking, the rest don't seem to care. A couple of waitresses were awesome. However last time the waitress took forever to get to our table just so we could get some coffee (one example of many). Wish management would weed out the good from the bad, because it could be a great place to eat vs. fast food.

No waitress was available and other staff members refused to wait tables (there were 2 total). We would have had to wait an hour just for the waitress to show up and take our order. We also were a party of two and there was a table with 4 people that had food and no one else there. The cook and another woman behind the counter waited for the waitress to come in. Only came to our table to give menus then we overheard them talking and saying that it would be an hour before an order was taken so we walked out! Very poor service! Y'all need to clean up your act. Not to mention it was 2 pm in the afternoon, the waitress was supposed to start her shift at 3 pm.

My daughter and I just left from a quick dinner and I have to say I'm suprised by some of the negative reviews. We had a great experience. The empry tables were all clean. Our waitess was supet sweet and attentive. The gentleman cooking acknowledged us and asked how everything was. We put in an order to eat in as well as an order to go. They timed the preparation of our to go order perfectly with us finishing up our meal. We will definetly go back.

Parking lot full of pot holes. When we walked in there was rap/hip hop music pretty loud and the staff were not so quietly singing along Horrible service. Horrible food. Couldn't even eat my food. It was smothered/drenched in some kind of hot sauce. The waitress didn't greet us, seemed high on something, had a pretty big hickey on her neck. After she gave us our food she was behind the counter and started talking about her ingrown toe nail loud enough that anyone in the restaurant could hear. There was then a lot of chatter about wanting to go home as a conversation among the staff.

If I could give 0 star I would. This place was so dirty today. They had tables that had dirty dishes and if someone came in they would take dirty dishes of one table and put on another table with dirty dishes. The counter was covered with dirty dishes. They had no clean coffee cups. No clean silverware, lady brought out breakfast and said I will be back with silverware, I have to go wash some. My food and and my daughter's food came out cold. The worst thing though is the bathrooms, the women's had no toilet paper and the brown paper towel roll left next to it toilet to use. The men's had a dirty diaper in toilet, then someone went potty on top of it. Then someone tried to plunge it and had made it over flow. Left the plunger right in toilet and it was all plugged . Now this was at 11 am , at 7 PM we went back not to eat but to drop off a friend who's parents were picking him up there. Dinning room definitely looked better but men's bathroom was the same and no toilet paper still in ladies room. No we did not eat there for dinner and unfortunately kids could not use bathroom still ! Will definitely not be returning to this Huddle House
