Mcdonald's

McDonald's in Lexington has been nothing more than disappointing for the past ten times that I have decided to give them one more chance. The drive through is always about 10 cars full and moving at slower than snail speed. The employee taking orders never seems to understand even the simplest order, and usually asks you to repeat it multiple times. I have stopped by first thing in the morning as well as later in the evening, or even midday and there isn't much difference in what time you go, you already know to expect long lines, and slower than slow service. Going inside to order is not a better option, and that's only if they actually have the inside lobby open! I have been by when the sign on the door reads drive through orders only, lobby is closed. The food is decent enough most of the time, for what can be expected of fast (Not really) food restaurants, but the process is so excruciating 9 times out of 10 that its barely worth the stress or effort and I would honestly prefer avoiding going whenever possible. Or finding another location with quicker more reliable service.

Down right disgusting. While making my familys order inside i alerted cashier of a bug on the cookies she said shed tell the manager an when she didnt i did. To my surprise the manager pull the cookies half way out squished the bug in the case an pushed the same cookies back into the case an went back to bagging food. The MANAGER didnt clean the case or her hands nor did she put new fresh clean cookies back in. Sickening! The manager should be fired. What else nasty stuff is she allowing?
