Sonic Drive-in

Multiple times, we have arrived at the Marion Sonic before 9PM only to have the entire drive in shut off as soon as we park IF we are able to park. There are always chairs in the drive in stalls. Now half the drive in is missing its order consoles in those stalls. Tonight your guys running the place slammed the window shut THREE times while we were speaking to them. They didn't care about finding the order they somehow managed to delete after we paid in the app and checked in to pick it up. When we finally got food, it looked like something regurgitated. I've attached a photo of my chili cheese fries exactly as they came out of the bag. Also, I was charged extra for Jalapenos--if you are going to charge extra, you might want to make sure there are more than 4 or 5 peppers. Jeanna is the best employee you have up there and I also see from the reviews here that mine is not the only one that's similar.

I completely understand being understaffed, however, waiting for 8 minutes to not be answered by someone is ridiculous. Every time we have eaten there the food is subpar and typically cold despite the wait. Sonic use to be the best fast food restaurant in town. I’m highly disappointed in the lack of service.

We travel often and always stop at a Sonics when we see one. The Marion Sonic is the worse Sonic I've been thru in Virginia and Tennessee. The icecream machine has been broke down since May, the service is lousy, and if you are lucky enough to get the right order then it usually looks like dog food. We went from eating there a couple times a week to just getting slushies a few times a month. They can't even get that right.

Beat the dinner rush. Was one of two cars in the drive thru line. They still for got to give me two food items in my bag. Pulled into a stall and pushed a button and told them. One of the workers told me they would be right out with my food. I waited 20 minutes. I then got out of my car and walked up to the employee entry and waited. I told the first person I saw. In 3 minutes, I had my missing items. Didn't matter. All the other food was cold now. Had to reheat all of it when I got home.
