We visit this location often, especially after 8pm. We love McDonald's frappes. This item is usually the reason why we're there. But their machine is always down for cleaning a few hrs before they close however the McDonald's on blairsferry has their machine going and are happy to sell you a frappe.

I don’t know why I even bother. You think it sounds good but then it’s definitely not. And, you regret it the rest of the day. We ordered 4 meals. Two out of the four sandwiches in those meals were made incorrectly. We went back to have it corrected. It took forever & wasn’t worth the trouble. Total waste of money. Next time I’m just going to Chick-fil-A.

Ugh. I’m always sick and tired of this abysmal service. I once had a 10 pc McNuggets meal several months ago. They never included my McNuggets. So I kept returning to this location to correct the order. Not a one time only; it’s constantly happening every time I’m in the drive thru. I might consider a potential protest if service does not improve within 1-2 weeks. Hire properly trained staff and management. We need a new proper ownership immediately!

They were apparently out of Carmel frappe??!! It was long wait for our food and this was the first time the staff seemed a little rude. Normally this McDonald's is very friendly and courteous.

I go in to pick up my order and three people are standing around in the back room playing on their phones the lady at the register would not help. I was totally ignored.

Multiple hairs in the order and the burger wrappers were covered in ketchup and grease. Disgusting and extremely low quality.

Ice cream machine was broken as usual. My friend ordered a double quarter pounder and got a single regular patty.

Their employees need some obvious training especially at the first window. I shouldn’t know their rewards system better than they do when I’ve never worked at a McDonald’s in my entire life. And to say “i don’t know, it didn’t work” and charge me anyways because they didn’t know how to put the code in. And also the employee tried to sneak overcharging me then laugh when caught. Absolutely ridiculous. This is a management issue for not training their employees before putting them in that position or for not hiring honest employees. There has been multiple occasions where they didn’t know how to work their own system. Learning new system updates should be trained to all employees before released or they should not provide the rewards at all. I would hate to know what else they are not trained properly on 😬 Again, this is a management issue and should be directed. The manager should verify that their employees are trained before left at the cash register or with handling peoples food.
