I ordered a simple large vanilla malted. I was okay with the price, but I felt the portion size was rather small for a large. That is likely a corporate thing. Kudos to the crew for working nonstop during our current heatwave, but I was left with a meh, experience.

Everytime I go here, it is a bad experience. I give them the benefit of the doubt because they are teenagers. Well today I went thru, took about 10 minutes to take my order. They got my order wrong, charged me 90 cents for ranch which I get I guess. Then they charged me for a drink that I did not want. I showed them the receipt. They proceeded to give me like 96 cents. The manager then asked me well how much do you think you should get back, well how about the price for the drink? I went into the restaurant to get an explanation why and ever time I tried to talk I got interrupted. Definitely the last time I go to this location. I think 10 chances is enough! Then to top it off they put tomatoes on my burger when I said no tomatoes. I used to work at dairy queen, it isn't that hard!

Never had any problems with this location. The food is always great even if it isn't the FASTEST. Their ice cream is my favorite in the area.

My cherry cheese cake blizzard was delicious, just wish it had more cheese cake pieces in it.

Very very slow kitchen crew. Over three nights visits a simple combo took over 8 to 15 minutes. The food was delicious, but 5 out of 7 drive thru orders needing to pull into a parking or forward while they cook the food is not a properly run kitchen.

DOES NOT DESERVE EVEN ONE STAR!
First off, We pulled up in our livestock trailer and dually truck and parked in multiple spaces. Due to their work shortage they had their dining room closed. I proceeded to ask the worker if I could even order because we couldn’t pull through the drive through, and she tells me that I can’t order because their dining room was closed, all while serving another customer. Overall, disgusting atmosphere and even worse customer service.
