Most people love ice cream. Line was short, Good attitude 👏 👍 👌 Also Dairy Queen isn't in that location its now Barkers Ice Cream. #Cold

My friends and co-workers and I have stopped in several times recently to get ice cream. We have been treated poorly and spoken to rudely on every occasion.
This location doesn't participate in things like serving the blizzards upside down and if you ask them they are rude about it. Though, in all honesty, it is probably a good thing they don't since most of the time they are soupy anyway!
At this point I am willing to travel the extra distance to go to any other local DQ to get better service, quality and food (since this location does not serve food)!

Best tasting ice cream I've had every single time I go there. The people are very friendly, and willing to have a conversation passed "Have a nice day". They do a great job of keeping the drive thru moving, and I will never go anywhere else but here for all of my ice cream needs!

I guess I was showing my age by using a printed coupon but they seemed to have some difficulty with it not being on an app. It was sorted out. I usually get a blizzard and it was mixed ok. DQ needs to come up with a better mix or better training because I would expect the mix to be throughout the ice cream.

By far the best Dairy Queen in the Metro Area. No contest. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and work quickly to fulfill your order. The only negative is the location is small enough to be called cramped during busy times. Otherwise this has been and continues to be the best experience of its type in town.

The line is always so long but they do a great job moving things along. I cant think of a single time my order ever had a mistake-at any DQ ever! I also like that they have the cup sizes attached to the drivethru so you know what you're getting.

Very rude owner. Looked at my father, sister, and I like we were crazy for not knowing their terms for small. Then proceeded to roll her eyes and treat us uncomfortably enough to ask her if we had done anything wrong - by just walking in and ordering. I also asked for a little extra whip cream we had payed extra for than the quarter sized dollop she had put on. Of course she went out of her way to express her snarky behavior by filling it to overflow, touching an inch away from the top of the straw. I'm Surprised it didn't tilt. We just now left and I am pissed and shocked enough to write this right away. We knew she was the owner because we had asked, so I am in no hurry whatsoever to support her business by any means. I have worked in customer service for years IT IS NOT HARD TO SMILE AND ACT POLITE. Especially as an owner you would think you'd go beyound expectations. Long night or not my family did nothing to you to deserve getting treated that way. U should be embarrassed as a grown women.

Both locations in Marion don't participate in the upside down blizzard deal. If you pay with cash you get a discount. The owner or manager is very rude to customers. I was finishing a call on my phone so I stood to the back and finished the call. When I got to the counter, the Manager/owner said, "Oh, you are finally off your phone and ready to order now?" When I was ready to pay with my Credit Card, she said "Well, you don't get the discount." I felt that could have been handled better, but that was just one example of the multiple times I have been treated poorly by this person at this location.
