Mcdonald's

I have come to this mcdonald's for about 4 times now, and lately their service has gone downhill the customer service is horrible plus Everytime i get coffee it looks disgusting and i always say cream only and they always add sugar. Will not come here again. I guess its either Bk or Dunkin for my coffee from now on. Disgusting burnt coffee.

Went to this location for breakfast and when I walked in it was crowded people waiting on their order and it was a long line to order your food plus the drive thru was long .But the line real quick and I got out in about 5 minutes and the service was great and my food was perfect I got the Big Breakfast with pancakes got my Mother something.The Employees were friendly during that rush. Love that .😁😁😁😁

I drive by this location during the daytime a few times each month, but the door is has been locked every time I have stopped for the past several months. The google listing says that dine-in is open, but it clearly isn’t. They need to match their actual operations with google maps information. It doesn’t match google, and for that reason they get one google star. It’s not difficult to update a business listing on google and it takes less than one minute.

So I wanted in line for almost 2 hours, I understand the food industry could get hectic. But it’s very upsetting when you wait for that line and arrive at the window to get my food! Young lady says now I can’t remember if it was your order with the large fries, okay it happens, but I hear a conversation going while am wait for a large fries. Now I get home to see this!! I don’t like chicken nuggets .. I give them to my dog she lives them, my own dog didn’t want them. Sadly to say am very upset ..with the work ethic/ customer service.
