Steak 'n Shake

It was my first time at steak and shake since pre pandemic. They were patient with my ordering, and quicker than I remember as I know they are a restaurant and it takes time. The girl at the Window April 1st 2022 late night was very kind, and even held a brief conversation. I am from Toronto and look forward to visiting this location as it brings back memories. Thank you for a great experience.

The drive thru person was rude! I called and spoke to management who informed me that there are steak and shakes in Muncie and Kokomo! Really? I understand staffing is difficult and I rarely complain these days, but she was rude! Does this steak and shake NOT want business? They just reopened a little bit ago. I’ve been sending them customers. Might have to rethink that! I heard they’re under New management maybe they’ll want to talk to me? FYI it might be hard to see but this wrapper and that receipt are slathered with grease! Ugh 😳 its the food! It’s extremely greasy and you can’t taste the hamburger. Might I suggest another location! Muncie’s Steak and Shake has good well cooked food, the dining area is CLEAN and the STAFF ARE FRIENDLY!

Please check who was working in you store 2:13 pm Tuesday March 22nd 2022. She was very rude and disrespectful. She has blonde hair and had a tag around her neck but when I tried to get her name she flipped it over so I could not see. People like her should be fired immediately. I'm sure you guys can do better than her. Horrible experience I would advise not to spend your money here as long as its people like her taking it and thinking they can treat customers how every they feel. If you don't like your job go home rather than taking it out on customers. I am a fair person so the attitude was uncalled for.

I went there today and they were nothing but rude, I just walked through the door and didn't say anything and some girl with short brown hair and chunky, old enough to be my grandma just started yelling at me, when I haven't said nothing so I was putting up with it and went off and she continued to yell until I walked out. That was the worst service I've ever had .

Normally me and my girlfriend come here and it's terrible quality after the grand opening. However this time was different I got 2 shakes and 4 meals cause I had my nephew and niece with me. They had the food and the drinks ready in about 10 minutes after I had placed it in drive thru. This was a really good experience this time.
