Grandson loved it so you get a star. Me not so much. Lady who seated us was a borderline butho--. Only saw our server twice and got no refills. Western Omelette is below industry standards and hash browns only done on one side. I would have pointed this out but like I said I never saw our server again. I did express my feelings at the checkout while waiting on the bill

Ordered soup and salad with rolls. I was given my warm rolls about 15 minutes before the rest of my food came so they were cold when the rest of my order arrived. We were 1 of 3 tables present on the whole restaurant, yet the wait staff was nowhere in site to correct issues. When I received my salad all the toppings (tomatoes, cheese, cucumbers) came in little containers sitting on top of my lettuce and I had to assemble everything myself. The cucumbers were several days expired (my visit was on 7/3, cucumbers dated 6/28). We also asked for a to-go tea, waited nearly 10 minutes, but the waitress never returned. I will say, the one good thing was that the managers/assistant managers did in fact seem appalled when I brought this to their attention so hopefully this has been remedied.
